Man o’ man. This anime really has a good story to it. I’ll be frank, I thought that it couldn’t get much more complicated, but I’m happy to say that they’ve proven me wrong.
The episode starts with detective Kyousuke, father of Kuuko, who decided to have his meal in the café where Utao and Kyouhei temporarily live. So there he sits with a colleague of his, trying to squeeze bits of information out of Utao about her brother and those mysterious occurrences. Utao, being nervous as hell, didn’t really tell him anything, but unfortunately her body language did. It’s my guess that detective Kyousuke picked up on that, and now suspects Kyouhei to play a vital role in those mysterious occurrences.
So yeah, that was strange. But we now take a look at his daughter, Kuuko, who hasn’t been at school at all lately. As it turns out, she actually took Aki in to her home. She wants to know everything about him and his doll. She wants to know if he mass murdered people and suggests, depending on whether he did or did not do it, that he does something flashy next time, something that will make people remember him forever. Needless to say… She’s a psychopath. She – is – a – psychopath. And I don’t care what anyone says, I know a psychopath when I see one. She even tried a feminine approach in order to score some information about Aki and his past. But her father disrupted her sexy torture session by paying an unexpected visit, causing Aki to leave the house.
Now we go back to Utao and the rest, who seem to have Moyako over as a guest. She was passing by so she decided to check up on Kukuri. But I think that it was merely an excuse, an excuse to have a talk with Kyouhei. Kyouhei walked her back after she had checked up on Kukuri, whilst talking about recent events involving Kirio, supposedly his younger brother.
This conversation ended up in a meeting. A meeting between Utao and Kirio. It seems that Kyouhei had contacted Koushiro, to set up the said meeting. But the family meeting was very short lived, because a girl named Mahiru showed up and crashed the party. She seemed very interested in Kyouhei, calling him Kyouhei-sama and clinging to his arm and such. I think one thing is clear from this, he can expect a slap from either Utao or Hibino if the story behind it isn’t good enough. I can’t wait for the next episode!Read More
Oh man, I wasn’t expecting this. Not one bit. You could see this anime as a blend. They took a few animes like; Fate/Stay Night, Melty Blood, Tsukihime and a few more. They shoved them all in a blender and turned it on. The outcome; a messed up comedy.
Seriously, I don’t get it. I admit it’s pretty funny, but you shouldn’t take this anime seriously. Watch it when you’re bored, are in for a laugh and have nothing better to watch. Also; do NOT watch this anime before Fate/Stay Night or Tsukihime. Those animes are really good, don’t mess them up by watching this twelve episode OVA blend first.
Plot Summary:This anime is based on Takenashi Eri’s Take Moon manga and commemorates Type-Moon’s 10th anniversary. Various characters from Type-Moon’s works such as Kara no Kyoukai, Fate/Stay Night, and Tsukihime are featured in this.Read More
Hello everyone, I would like to thank all of those who took time out of their lives to mail me. It’s nice to see that there are people here on my blog that would go through all that trouble just to see more posts.
Anyway, I have received several mails with similar questions about why I don’t post more stuff, and why I don’t post about animes such as Bleach, One Piece and whatnot. The answers to those questions are quite simple; I can only make a certain amount of posts a day. It takes me a lot of time to come up with the right words, to check the spelling to the best of my ability and to gather all the proper thumbnails for each post. This is, at least for me, a lot of work and I simply don’t have the time to do any more than this.
As for certain animes that I seem to ignore, well.. That’s partially true. Let’s take Bleach as an example. It used to be an amusing show, I watched it every week and I’ve watched every movie. But for the last couple of weeks, maybe even months, the show has lost it’s magic. It’s getting boring as hell, they are filling as hell and, after weeks of patiently waiting, they are still not continuing where they left off, according to the manga. So I’ve stopped watching bleach until they resume the manga’s guideline. Other shows such as Double-J, Carnival Phantasm, Blood-C, Blade and many more.. Those are simply, in my opinion, not worth watching let alone worth writing about. But other amusing shows such as One Piece will get their turn, don’t you worry about that.Read More
And once again it’s boobies time! But seriously, this anime is getting more and more fanatic about breasts. I didn’t even think that was possible, lol. It went from taking tits to making money with them, giving them, taking them for your own and now training them as a weapon. Only in Japan.
This episode started immediately with naked breasts in your screen. But not just one pair, oh no.. Why show just one pair, when you could show like half a dozen of ‘em? So yeah, here we are in this bath house with like half a dozen of naked women, when suddenly someone mounts an attack on the landlady’s breasts, causing the landlady to lose her precious, well-rounded breasts. But this attack is different from Chifusa’s breasts attacks. When Chifusa uses her skill, she takes the breasts of her target, causing her own breasts to get bigger. But in this case, the landlady’s breasts were taken but the breasts of the attacker did not grow larger.
After that unfortunate event, you’ll find Chifusa and Kaede in some sort of inn, where the two get massaged after a long and painful training session. Both the girls got approached by this old lady, after their massage was finished, that told Chifusa and Kaede about the recent breast attacks. Chifusa immediately suspected that someome from the Manyuu, who hold the ability to take away breasts, was behind all of the attacks.
Chifusa and Kaede decided to take action. Both of them went to the home of the next target, which turned out to be some fat old hag with big breasts and a much bigger mouth. Chifusa and Kaede both applied for the position of bodyguard, in order to protect that fatty and catch the culprit, who obtained the name of “Oppai Kozo” which loosely translated means; Boobie Kid. The fatty hired Chifusa almost right away, but she decided to throw Kaede out. The fatty refused to have anything to do with Kaede because of her small breasts. But then some unknown female swordsman shows up, also applying for the job. She too was denied because of her lacking breast-size. She, unlike Kaede, was not satisfied and decided to show the fatty was she could do. Quickly she unsheathed her blade, made one swing with it and cut off Chifusa’s top, exposing her huge breasts to the public. The fatty took notice and decided to hire her as well, just to be on the safe side.
Night is approaching and so it’s time to go to bed. The culprit, out of nowhere, sneaks in and stealthy mounts an attack on Chifusa’s breasts, not knowing that she was only pretending to be asleep. The culprit somehow recognized Chifusa’s breasts and called out her name, causing Chifusa to react and quickly stand up. The culprit, after getting passed that female swordsman with the use of a smoke bomb, flees to safety.
Both Chifusa and that female swordsman decided to chase her. Chifusa ended up in a dead-end road with piles of wood and whatnot, only to be surprised by that Boobie Kid again. The Boobie Kid removed her mask and showed herself to Chifusa. After hearing out the Boobie Kid, who turned out to be none other than Chifusa’s masseuse, Chifusa decided to ask the Boobie Kid for help. But now that female swordsman joins the party, and mounts an attack on both of them. Chifusa, wanting to protect that girl, got in the way and got her breasts sliced for the first time. It was a short-lived battle, but Chifusa was outmatched. The Boobie Kid pushed some construction material and whatnot onto that female swordsman and they managed to escape. However, that girl did not escape safely, she received an serious cut during their escape, causing her life to be in serious danger. Once escaped, they return to that inn, so that they could start treating her wound.
This was a serious eye-opener for Chifusa. She realized that she had to train a lot more before she could take on that female swordsman on equal terms. I think, based on all the anime I’ve seen so far, that she is going to train and discover some new power. I know, I know.. It sounds pretty standard, but come on, doesn’t it usually go like that? Either way, I think we’re going to find out in the next episode.Read More
Honey, I’m home! And so is Rikuo. After a long time training in the village of Tõno, Rikuo finally decided he was ready to leave. But, much like his ancestors, he took a handful of Youkai along with him.
Finally Rikuo set foot on Nurarihyon ground after being away for so long. His
friends and family were very happy to see him, even though he showed up unexpectedly. But the introduction between the Nurarihyon Youkai and the Tõno Youkai didn’t quite go as smooth as it could have. Some of the Youkai exchanged words after feeling intimidated by one another.
The Supreme Commander, Rikuo’s grandfather, now joins the welcome home party and invites Rikuo to come inside for a one on one discussion. Once inside, they discuss the situation in Kyoto, where the demon fox and it’s followers are still running amok. Rikuo is determined to come to their aid, especially since more of Rikuo’s friends showed up in Kyoto. The Supreme Commander, still harboring doubts about the whole thing, decided to test Rikuo’s growth by suddenly launching an attack on Rikuo. Rikkuo, who magnificently evaded the attack using his fear, showed the Supreme Commander that he was ready. Rikuo explained that he found out what kind of a Youkai Nurarihyon was.
Once outside, the proud Supreme Commander bestowed upon Rikuo, his grandson, a 300 year old battle ship that mysteriously floated in the air, to help Rikuo in his quest to defeat the demon fox and it’s followers.
What Rikuo didn’t know, is that the battle between the evil Youkai and the Onmyouji had already started. The Youkai managed to penetrate their barrier with the help of Akifusa, an ex-Onmyouji that has been overpowered by his Youkai weapon, and are now slaughtering the remaining Onmyouji. Yura, who has been saved by her brother Ryuji from the evil Akifusa, managed to flee to a saver location whilst her brother takes on akifusa and any other Youkai that may cross his path.
The battle between the evil Youkai and the desperate Onmyouji rages on. I think that this will be the moment where Rikuo and his fellow Youkai will make their appearance to save the day. That would be pretty standard stuff, a hero that arrives at the last moment. But we’ll see what happens in the next episode.Read More
