I don’t know what to think anymore. I am almost entirely convinced that the park is open now, but that things are still going terrible. It looks to me that they are so focussed on the comedy that the main story is somewhat being neglected.
This week the four elemental fairies get the spotlight. Their act is going very well and they don’t seem very motivated to change either. The only one doing their best is the airheaded of the four, which is coincidentally my favourite. She can be pretty hilarious from time to time. But to see them rehearse and have a hot pot party… Yeah… No idea what to say about that.
Everybody knows that they like to focus on the strangest of things, but to think that we would have to watch those four play some kind of Dance Dance Revolution game in order to save the park from going down… Nuts! I think it’s about time they started focussing on the park and its mission to gain more visitors instead of rushing the ending.Read More
I am not sure if I am going crazy, but did I see a new OP? If so; I like it. It is very nice. The one thing that isn’t very nice is that they are obviously trying very hard to drag this out. They are filling the episodes with recaps and flashback scenes in order to gain the most out of this show.
It pisses me off. Stop destroying the anime and just follow the manga. This episode was not in the manga. The manga had a decent ending that I could be satisfied with. There were no recaps. It was straight to the point. That is what I want to see from the anime. Just get to it already. Stop focussing on the past and focus on the matter at hand.
Why? Why focus on Gaara again? We have been over this until we were blew in the face. We know everything there is to know about Gaara. How he was as a boy, how he became host to the One Tail, Shukaku, how Naruto and he became friends… We know it. Stop focussing on things we have seen before and just show us what happens next!Read More
Okay, short post number two incoming. I cannot believe that I still haven’t seen Kousei play. The pace has really dropped. We all know he isn’t the old Kousei and that he probably won’t win this thing, but at least speed things up a bit.
I heard the manga is very good. I wonder how many issues focussed on this particular event. I don’t think I could’ve been more than three. That spike-haired kid has finished playing and now that girl’s doing her thing. We finally get to see Kousei play next week, but I still think that could’ve pushed all of that into this one episode.
I am actually quite interested in that girl. That other boy I can ready like an open book. That girl I find rather mysterious and I hope I get to learn a bit more about her. Is she into Kousei? What’s her deal? There is so much I want to know. Still, at this point I am hoping that we get to see Kousei play next week and that we’ll also get the resultsRead More
Okay, I am forced to keep today’s posts short. I am ill and unbelievably tired. I am going to write and schedule these posts and go straight to bed. I just hope I make without falling asleep on top of my keyboard.
So there has been yet another twist, huh? That is why I could never really see Kamui as pure evil. The guy is really smart and he is thorough. The way he does things may be very extreme, but he does make valid points when he talks about their system. Someone like that cannot be classified as pure evil when there’s a chance that they might be right.
It seems that the Sibyl System has plans of its own. We all knew that enforcer was in on it, seeing as they went out of their way to point out to us that there was something wrong with him, but to think their relationship is that sick… Boy… Akane-chan has her work cut out for her. She might actually have to join up with Kamui in order to take down that system.Read More
Whoop whoop! A double Parasyte episode? Does this mean there won’t be any next week? I sure hope not. If that was the case I would’ve rather saved episode nine for next week (if I could find it in myself to not watch that episode for a whole week when it’s within my reach).
I’ll do my best to summarize both episodes with this post. The first thing that comes to mind is how Shinichi has changed. I really like it. He is less of a coward and his way of thinking has changed too. This must be all that parasite DNA that’s currently flowing within him. He has become a lot more objective and he can actually be reasoned with now.
I also liked it when he held his own against all those bullies. His strength has skyrocketed without him becoming cocky. He is still very much passive. He attacks when someone else attacks in order to defend himself and the people around him. It took him a few weeks, but he has finally become a character worthy of the title protagonist.
It doesn’t end there though. A new enemy, as one could only expect, arrived on the orders of another parasite. It would seem as though they are forming their own society. This guy infiltrated Shinichi’s school in order to learn more about him. He claims his intentions are good but the way he grabbed that girl tells me otherwise.
Shinichi has a lot to do in the coming weeks. He has to keep that girl safe, seeing as she seems to have the ability to detect parasites, making her a target, and he has to keep an eye on the parasite that infiltrated his school. It is only a matter of time before he shows his true nature and forces Shinichi to kick his parasitic ass, especially if I am to believe the end of episode nine, which shows us that a fight is coming.Read More
