Akame ga Kill! episode 05
Another episode and that evil advisor is still alive. Why!? Wouldn’t it be a good opportunity for Najenda, leader of the Night Raid, to show us, the viewers, what she can do with that mechanical arm of hers? I’m pretty sure everyone wants to see her in action. She is their leader, so she is bound to be ridiculously strong, right?
So we had an opportunity to learn more about Sheele. She struck me as a clumsy, strange and absent girls that changes into a monstrous killer as soon as she sets sight in an enemy. I guess I was right. She is pretty much good at nothing. She can’t cook, she can’t clean and even the simplest of chores are too difficult for her to accomplish without a mishap or two. Needless to say that she failed in life as a woman. Does she make up for that by being a very efficient killer? Hell yeah. Give her a simple kitchen knife and she can take out a small army of big, strong men.
Don’t worry, Sheele will have plenty of enemies to kill once that insane, ice cold general gets set loose on Night Raid. I’m not sure if I read this correctly, but that general is apparently undefeated and is quite eager to get a new challenge. No surprise that Tatsumi will be less than useful if she were to show up, but I am kind of hoping for a fight between leaders, you know? That general versus Najenda… Sounds great!
Now then, what about this Seryuu character? She seems like a handful. Justice is her greatest priority, even though she is on the wrong side to achieve true justice, and she seeks to destroy Night Raid even though she (unknowingly) helped their newest member. I don’t see her joining Night Raid anytime soon, not even if the truth where the slap her in the face, but I would hate to see her die. She seems quite interesting.
