Akame ga Kill! episode 11
Ugh… Don’t you think it’s a little bit morbid how some of the “heroes” are simply replaced by other characters? Two characters get killed and get replaced soon enough by two knew characters… I guess the grinder needs more meat.
So this so-called doctor invades Night Raids’ base by unleashing his formerly human puppets to do his dirty work. Not only was it disturbing to see how gay they all looked, but I think it’s also quite uninspiring that most of those characters looked exactly the same. Was it really so much trouble to give those characters unique features? They looked the same, wore the same clothes, talked the same and they even used the same fighting moves. No wonder they were all cut down so easily when one of the newbies showed up to strut his stuff to impress his teammates.
So this guy, Susanoo (reminds me of Naruto Shippuuden), has the same kind of ability as Seryuu’s Imperial Arms. Instead of having a pet of his own that grows a few feet tall and whatnot, he himself is the weapon. His body, too, has a core that you need to destroy if you want to defeat him. Otherwise he, too, will keep regenerating, just like Coro.
Am I disappointed in the end? A little. I think it was a damn shame to get rid of Bulat. Nevertheless, we have two new characters that arrived to help out Night Raid in the fight against the ice queen and her powerful henchmen. I just hope that Seryuu gets to die first. She needs to die. Oh, and I wouldn’t mind if Esdeath were to capture Tatsumi again. I kind of liked those scene, hehe.
