Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou episode 04

Huh? What the hell did I watch? No way did I expect things to turn out this way, ever. This, too, is interesting in its own way, but I don’t know if the way I had in mind would’ve been better or worse. We’ll never know now, will we?

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 04 [720p].mkv_snapshot_05.09_[2013.07.25_13.56.24]So Madoka, Kazuhito’s younger sister, captured her little doggy brother by luring him with one of his favourite books, a book written by Kirihime. She wrapped him in some kind of cloth and tied him up with some rope, thinking that it really was her brother. This is where normal people, people who’ve followed the show from the very beginning, would think that Madoka, just like Kirihime, had the ability to read that dog’s mind, thereby discovering that her big brother wasn’t entirely as dead as she thought she was. Yes, that was what I thought when she captured him and offered him food and whatnot.

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 04 [720p].mkv_snapshot_16.01_[2013.07.25_13.56.56]It would’ve been amusing to see… A battle for Kazuhito’s love between Madoka and Kirihime. A battle where both the girls were able to understand Kazuhito. But no, it just seems that Madoka has gone a bit insane after her brother died. She thinks that dog is her brother (which is actually true) because he fell for her trap.

If Madoka really has become mentally unstable, how is Kirihime supposed to stop her without harming her? We all know that Kazuhito would never allow it, and, whether Hirihime likes to admit it or not, she is somewhat infatuated with Kazuhito. I don’t think Kirihime would do anything reckless in front of Kazuhito.

Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou episode 03

What the… That dog still cracks me up! I think it’s those eyes and that little pluck of hair on its head that do the trick. To think that something as simple as this has me laughing for three straight episodes… I’m glad I picked this show!

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 03 [720p].mkv_snapshot_04.22_[2013.07.18_15.17.23]So Kazuhito’s life is still on the line here. The fact that he met Kirihime’s editor, Suzuna, didn’t really help his case that much. I think we have to accept the fact that Kazuhito (as well as others) will always risk getting cut by Kirihime. Oh well, at least Suzuna can’t complain, seeing as she likes getting cut by those scissors.

I also think that I’ve caught a glimpse of what’s to come. I’m not going to say that it’s really that amazing or that things are going to get really interesting, but I will say that we will be laughing throughout this show for the time being, that much is certain. Kirihime has set the bar pretty high for as far as I’ve seen.

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 03 [720p].mkv_snapshot_18.04_[2013.07.18_15.17.56]I have a feeling that we’re going to be following Kirihime’s quest to do right by Kazuhito, the guy that sacrificed his human body for her sake. We will undoubtedly be watching her search for those responsible, plus for those that abuse her books and such.

One final comment from me; more ecchi! That’s right, I said. This show needs a lot more ecchi if you ask me. What happened to innocent and subtle panty flashes? What happened to Kirihime’s black undergarments? Was that a one-time thing? This show could really use more of that kind of thing. As long as it’s not too obvious, you know?

Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou episode 02

I’m sorry, I just couldn’t leave this one alone. Just looking at that damn dog is enough to crack me up. I must be a really sad person if a strange-looking dog with a doggy-antenna on its head is enough to make me laugh. Have I failed in life after all?

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 02 [720p].mkv_snapshot_07.45_[2013.07.09_22.27.37]I must admit that I’m going to have to get used to watching a show where Kirihime, one of the characters, can read the thoughts of Kazuhito, a guy that died in order to save Kirihime and revived as a strange-looking dog. I doubt that the sight of that dog will be able to keep me laughing for much longer, otherwise I would get really embarrassed.

So yeah, Kirihime is fully aware that Kazuhito died because he tried to save her from getting killed by that maniac. The fact that Kirihime is the type of girl that doesn’t like to be indebted to anyone, which is the type of person I like most I might add, only caused for a lot more trouble when she decided to make things right by looking for Kazuhito’s killer.

[HorribleSubs] Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou - 02 [720p].mkv_snapshot_20.17_[2013.07.09_22.28.03]Not only was I slightly bothered by the thought of seeing Kazuhito, now a dog, kill his murderer, but the sight of Kirihime’s fight really left a bad impression on me. Things are sufficiently funny, no need to overcomplicate things by creating such a messed up scene. I had nothing to do with that, yet I felt really embarrassed when I actually watched that scene.

I must admit that the reason why I decided to write about this after all is because of Kirihime. She, after hearing Kazuhito speak his mind, seems to have taken a liking to him. She immediately thought of him as an interspecies love partner and tried to come up with a way for them to start a family. That’s messed up, funny and disturbingly romantic. It’ll be interesting to see how this continues from here on out.

Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou

Son of an evil b*tch! Did those morons at that pizzeria put weed or crazy mushrooms on my pizza, or did I actually just see what I think I did? Oh my god… I have seriously no clue on how to approach this one, honest I don’t.

Inu to Hasami wa TsukaiyouI have very little to say about the artwork. Quite frankly, the artwork didn’t even catch my attention this time, that is why I have very little to say about it.

Now, we are about to embark upon a journey that makes the supernatural seem normal. They simply labelled this as supernatural, thinking that that would suffice. It’s nuts! The story in itself seems weird from the very beginning but it gets so much weirder when you actually stay and watch.

This makes it so much harder to recommend. To all the bored people out there that actually read my posts; give this a show. The story will weird you out as you embark upon a hilarious journey filled with messed up twists. You must give this a try if you enjoying laughing your guts out!

Plot Summary: A nonsense comical mystery. Harumi Kazuhito is a high school boy who loves books and is a fan of novelist Natsuno Kirihime. One day, he finds Kirihime writing at a cafe, about to be shot by a robber. He protects her from the attack but is killed instead. Through the supernatural power of a book-worm, he is reincarnated as a dachshund dog. Kazuhito (as a dog) writhes in a painful bookless life, when a sadistic woman carrying a pair of scissors offers him help. She is Kirihime herself.
