Bakuman 3 episode 25

… I have very little good to say about this ending. It was disappointing, that’s all. Those that have read the manga knew it was coming, just like me, but I was hopeful. I’m pretty sure the author(s) received quite a few bad responses when their manga ended, so I was kind of hoping that the anime’s ending was going to be different.

It’s too bad that it’s a show within a show, because I would’ve definitely watched that. This is what Moritaka has been working for all this time. This one show allowed him to fulfil his dream, and that would’ve been an amazing sight if the ending wasn’t so terrible. Let’s face it; we spent three seasons watching Bakuman, some of us spent quite a lot of time reading the manga, and for what? For this terrible ending? I think not. The ending was so incredibly lame that it made me regret watching this show in the first place (just a little though).

[SFW]_Bakuman_S3_-_25_END_[EE1C7524].mkv_snapshot_21.24_[2013.04.02_22.16.05]Actually, I don’t think this ended anything at all. I mean, we spent all of this time watching Moritaka fulfil his dream, which would be to marry the girl of his dreams. He did not actually end up marrying Miho. We had to make due with a mere kiss, as though that would satisfy our desire to watch those two end up together. Shame…

Those Reversi scenes and the one where Kazuya and Yuriko finally got married were the only things worth watching. The rest was just a bitter disappointment. Frankly, I mean this honestly, I hope this was the last of Bakuman. Don’t even bother airing an OVA. I’m pretty much done with it all.
