Blood Lad

No… Nooo~! How in the world can you create something that has a perverted vampire as a protagonist and a busty ghost as a heroine when the show isn’t even ecchi? Where are the panty flashes? Where’s all the cleavage? Why are you doing this to me!?

Blood LadI must admit that the artwork looks good, no doubt about that. I couldn’t possibly complain about the characters either because I could probably recognize most of them straight away. It’s definitely looking promising.

The story, as interesting as it is, could use a little work though. It’s a bit too simple-minded that we’re about to embark upon a journey where a vampire from hell is trying to turn a ghost back into a human after she got eaten by an aubergine from hell.

I do recommend this, and whether or not I decide to write about this remains to be seen, but I would really like things to be a bit more ecchi. It’s not like I’m a total pervert that only watches ecchi stuff, oh no… I just think that it would go so well with this show, that’s all…

Plot Summary: Staz is the vampire boss of a section of the demon world, but he has little interest in human blood. He’s more infatuated with Japanese culture. When he learns that Yanagi Fuyumi, a Japanese teenage girl, accidentally wanders into the demon city, he jumps to the occasion. However, while Staz deals with an intruder on his turf, the oblivious Fuyumi is killed by a monster and becomes a wandering ghost. The disappointed Staz vows to her that he will find a way to bring Fuyumi back to life.
