Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou episode 04

This episode made me realize that I was captured by the illusion of progress. I honestly think that there has been no progress since this show first started, but I’ll get to that later. I just want to point out that it is said, from a semi-reliable source, that this show will have thirteen episodes. It’s not yet confirmed though.

I finally realized… Kazunari, the protagonist, first messed up somehow and makes up for it later. That’s not actually progress. You lose ten points at first and earn ten points later on. Things are basically staying the same. What kind of fool thinks that it’s smart to aggressively follow a girl around when all she wants to do is read books in peace? Stalkers would be gods amongst men if that sort of thing actually worked on women. That’s right, I would be a god amongst men.

[Commie] Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou - 04 [7BAB26E2].mkv_snapshot_21.40_[2014.04.26_23.18.20]Ritsu is one of the strangest characters I’ve met so far. I just can’t figure her out. Why does she hide herself behind a book? Being anti-social is one thing, but having a book in your hands for the better part of a day is just too much. It’s no wonder that people are worried about her future well-being if she doesn’t change soon.

What can I expect from Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou? Ritsu is like fort Knox; finding a way to break in is going to be nearly impossible. Kazunari can only follow her around for the time being in the hope of catching her attention. Don’t you feel bad for Kazunari, too? I know I sure do. No man should have to go through all that just to get noticed by an anti-social girl.
