Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou
My dear readers, do any of you know how to repair roofs? Because I drilled a hole in mine when I happily jumped up and down after watching the first episode of Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou. My expectations for this show are freakishly high. I dare say that it’s almost certain that I’m going to write about this one.
The artwork is superb. It’s very detailed and the characters look magnificent. It’s truly joyous to look at and I don’t think anyone would disagree. I’m also digging those subtle ecchi shots where a character’s skirt might be blown up by the wind or shirts being pulled slightly down for some reason… Yeah… Good stuff!
The story does not fall far behind. It’s definitely interesting. You have a head-over-heels-in-love character that complains about everything, you have a masochistic pervert, a two-faced granny, a bookworm and a sexy drunk. Well done, Japan!
I recommend this one alright. It’s funny, potentially romantic and it truly looks very promising. I will be following this one until the end. I’m sure of it.
Plot Summary: Usa, a high-school student aspiring to begin a bachelor lifestyle, moves into a new apartment only to discover that he not only shares a room with a perverted roommate that has an obsession for underaged girls, but also that another girl, Ritsu, a love-at-first-sight, is living in the same building as well!
