Code:Breaker episode 06

Wow, the madness in Code:Breaker just got a whole lot worse. It’s strange, because I still don’t know where they’re going with this story. What do they want from all of this? What is the reason the Code:Breakers exist? For what reason are they fighting? There’s so much that’s missing…

What started out as a dull-looking episode soon changed for the worse. Rei met up with one of his colleagues and listen to his moaning for about a minute. Things seemed normal. He talked normally, went to school normally and continued to treat people like sh*t normally. It was plain and simple. That’s when I started thinking about where they were trying to go with the story.

Rei’s classmates even threw him a welcome party after he joined their class. The idiot actually thought that Sakura, because she was acting so strange, was telling everyone about his little secret. Sigh, throwing that guy a part is the last thing they should’ve done. It was a miracle that no one got hurt (for all we know).

Now, we all know that the Code:Breaker organisation is far from being perfect. A few of them are corrupted and actually mounted an attack on Sakura. It seems kind of unfair, the ability to control (dead) people and use them to do your dirty work. A real warrior gets his own hands dirty, instead of letting others do it for him.

I, of course, saved the best for last. It seems that the Code:Breakers, or anyone with powers for that matter, all have one thing in common; they get “lost”. Basically, from what I could tell at least, their powers go out of control and do the user a lot of harm. Toki, after getting “lost”, ended up as a little, harmless boy. I’m quite interested in finding out more about this, especially since Rei is experiencing the same thing right now.
