Fate/Zero 2 episode 07

Oh boy, yet another tragic episode. I can remember so well how confusing Fate/Zero used to be, but everything is so clear right now. The weirdest things are happening right now, and yet I’m still keeping up with the entire story thus far. I’ll admit; I am seriously very impressed by how far this anime has gotten during these past few months.

I felt so nostalgic when I saw Avalon, Saber’s scabbard, again. It was inside of Irisviel’s body, which probably allowed for her to recover faster than normal. I guess Kiritsugu has finally become serious, but even he was surprised when he found out that something was wrong when he went to kill Tokiomi. He is in for a very, very big surprise.

It’s not just them though, oh no. Everyone is preparing for the worst. Even Kariya is falling deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole. The only composed ones right now are Archer and Rider, but Rider and his master decided to take a different approach by abducting Irisviel. Saber and Kiritsugu are bound to show up now.

You can definitely tell that Fate/Zero is nearing its end. People are dying, battles are about to unfold and it’s only a matter of time before the remaining participants show up as well, especially now that Kariya has received yet another ‘gift’ from his father, the life of Sakura. It is only a matter of time before Kariya and Kirei clash, and that’s when things will really get ugly, not that he has a chance of defeating Archer.

There are a lot of things I could’ve said about this week’s episode, but I’m going to end with this. I honestly don’t think that it’s necessary anymore. They managed to make things so simple and yet so incredible interesting, that I can’t even express my opinion the way I want to anymore. This anime has shattered all of my expectations. This is definitely something that I will watch again one day, that much is certain.

    I agree 🙂

Fate Zero has proved to be an amazing anime. How could it not be? The rich story, artwork and characters allowed for it to become so successful.

I dont think that this is the last weve seen of the Fate series 😀
