Hagure Yuusha no Estetica episode 12
The end? I think not! There’s a limit to how obvious you can be, yet Hagure Yuusha no Estetica passed that limit at the speed of light with this episode. Why bother this much? Just go terminator style and say “I’ll be back!”. But no, instead we got a season finale that didn’t even look like an ending. I’ll be looking forward to season two!
I saw something interesting during this episode. Everyone (probably) knows that Akatsuki can only draw that blade when he’s wearing a lot of those rings. It seems that his weapon, as big as it already was, can grow even further when he puts on more of those rings. I think that’s rather interesting. We probably haven’t even seen his ‘completed’ sword yet.
Anyway, I would like to point out that I find it rather stupid when a new enemy appears at the very end. I know it’s to prepare the viewers for what’s to come, but at least make it so we don’t know anything about those enemies. Anyone that has been paying attention could probably guess at least three of those ‘mysterious’ characters.
I’ll leave it at this, for now. It’s quite obvious that there’s more to come, even before the official announcement. There are so many things left undone, abilities left incomplete and parts of the story left unexplained. Anyone could’ve guessed that they couldn’t be able to have done all of that within just two episodes or so.
Oh, before I forget; I don’t like the level of acceptance around Miu’s current situation. She explained to all of her friends that she was the daughter of a demon lord, yet everyone, including Miu self, were all too eager to go back to the very same world that sought out to destroy her as well as her friends. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. I’m just saying that I don’t agree with that part of the story, that’s all.
