Heavy Object episode 11
What a great episode! It annoys me to no end that Heavy Object, a consistent show with a lot of interesting content, is still receiving mediocre reviews after all this time. Heavy Object is one of the most consistent shows of this moment where the episodes are constantly entertaining and interesting.
Noragami has let me down a bit, Shomin Sample has let me down big-time, but Heavy Object has been going strong ever since it started. In fact, I dare say that they’ve been doing everything right so far. A lot of unexpected twists, plenty of action, lots of information about the shows without it getting too predictable and I don’t think it’s going to stop any time soon.
Now, I know I’ve said that it’s usually the same thing; the boys get sent on some mission where they at one point end up having to take down an Object. That might be true, in a way, but it’s the same with a lot of other shows. Besides, it’s not too obvious. It’s not like they are sent straight into battle. Something unexpected usually ends up happening.
This week it was this unknown, high-end Object that they still haven’t encountered. It managed to launch a ridiculously powerful attack that already nearly destroyed one Object and did quite a lot of damage to the princess’ Object. It almost took out two Objects in a short amount of time. It is almost impossible to defeat an opponent if you can’t even get close. That being said; I’m sure that Qwenthur has an idea to get the job done as long as Havia stops those murderous nut jobs from destroying that dam and killing all those innocent civilians.
