Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de

Man, I am really not good with those Chuunibyou anime. How is this one any different? The protagonist is tripping all over the place. His fantasies are something else.

Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka deI do believe that the artwork isn’t the issue here. It looks nice and I must say that Chifuyu, one of the characters, looks absolutely adorable. You just want to cuddle her to death.

This story forces you to see the difference between Chuunibyou moments and moments where the characters are actually using supernatural powers. It’s annoying and confusing. All in all a little disappointing if you ask me.

Comedy die-hards that like the sound of this might have been sold when reading this, but I cannot recommend this one. I honestly don’t find it interesting and I don’t think that I will be watching this.

Plot Summary: Six months ago, the five-member literature club all awakened superpowers. Unfortunately this has not led to them having anything else interesting happen in their lives, like epic battles or saving the universe. They go about their ordinary lives, just happening to have superpowers, waiting for the call to battle to finally happen – assuming it ever comes at all.
