Aha, a tear-jerker. Not bad. I could definitely understand if people would cry when watching this. The inability to make friends because of a strange mental condition is one thing, but when some guy steps into your life, accepts it and still tries to make friends with you every single week… Yeah… You’ll cry.
Artwork… Superb! I could not look away. The characters look great, their expressions look great and I already want to see more of this. This couldn’t possibly become horrible because of the artwork, that’s for sure.
It all comes down to the story, really… How will Kaori keep reacting to Yuuki? Will Yuuki give up? It all comes down to how they are going to play this. They’ve got great artwork and a great story so far… There’s almost no way that this could fail!
I fully recommend this. I enjoy it a lot, and that’s not something I say every day about slice of life anime. I have high hopes for this and I am already thinking about writing about the other eleven episodes.
