Kuroko no Basuke 2 episode 07
Yeah… It’s really a pain in the ass to be right sometimes, but I cannot help it when things are that obvious. Mind you, situations are predictable as this one don’t come by as often as one might think in Kuroko no Basuke.
It’s a draw. Nobody managed to dunk that basketball right back in there, so the game ended with 104 points for Seirin and 104 points for Shutoku. This means that both schools will have to play yet another match to get into the “Winter Cup”. You could’ve seen this coming from a mile away, but that’s really not the point. The point is that Teppei’s knees are nearing their limit, which could very well mean that Seirin will have to give up their latest star player a lot sooner than expected. Of course, this would mean that everyone’s hopes and dreams once again fall on Kuroko and Taiga’s shoulders.
That all being said, Seirin will now have to play that dreadful school, Kirisaki Dai Ichi. A team where one of the players is also known as an “uncrowned king”, just like Teppei. They are known for their dirty plays, even though they never seem to break any of the rules. It’s going to be an annoying match to watch, that’s for sure.
Also, I am really hoping that Teppei won’t make a miraculous recovery. His knees are killing him, so finding out that there’s an amazing doctor around that can help him with his little problem would be enough for me to stop watching. I doubt that’s ever going to happy, and I certainly don’t want him to quit Seirin’s team, but I am a sucker for realism.
