Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan
This does not look promising at all. The first episode was very disappointing and pretty hard to watch at times. The characters have strange personalities and the story makes no sense whatsoever right now. What a weird start…
The artwork is alright. I’m not going to say that it’s great or extremely detailed. It’s not. It barely passes in my book. The characters look rather dull and the weapons, from what I’ve seen so far, don’t really look all that amazing.
And this story… Boy… What a mess. We have a so-called traitor that’s supposed to be the instructor for three annoying students. Why let a traitor teach? Why even start him off as a traitor and not tell us more about it? Why even bother starting the episode off in a way that just confuses the hell out of people?
I honestly see nothing special about this show. It doesn’t look all that interesting and I don’t think that I will be following this for that much longer. I’ll probably drop it after the second episode. I suggest you look at something else.
Plot Summary: Humanity was driven off the land by the threat of magical armored insects and now live in aerial floating cities. Its defenses lie in wizards who fight the insects with magic in mid-air. Kanata Age is a young man who lives on the floating wizard academy city of “Misutogan.” He was once celebrated as the “Black Master Swordsman,” the elite ace of the S128 special team. However, he is now despised as the “traitor of the special team.” One day, he is assigned as the instructor of E601, a team that has suffered 10 consecutive defeats. E601 has three girls — Misora Whitale, Lecty Eisenach, and Rico Flamel — with one or two peculiar quirks.
