Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon 2 episode 10

Just finished watching and right now I’m trying to think of something to say. There’s so much to sight about this episode, so certain details will probably forgotten. It’s strange though; there are only three episodes left, yet only one Deadly Sin Armament has been claimed so far. How in the hell are they going to finish this? A third season maybe?

Let’s start with the characters in general. We all know Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon. We all know that they like to mix things up. During one episode we see many battles involving many characters and styles. We have characters that use the power of words, the power of money and witchcraft. The list goes on endlessly as new characters with new abilities keep appearing.

The point I’m trying to make is, is that they throw all those characters in the same mix and release that mix over the span of one episode. Meaning; we see three or four battles with different characters during each episodes. I find that this can get confusing quite easily, especially if they keep surprising the viewers with twist after twist.

It’s quite clear to anyone that Musashi wouldn’t stand a chance against the Spanish armada without proper tactics. That old goat sure caused quite the uproar amongst Musashi’s forces. That’s when I started thinking that things could become predictable again. Character suddenly get stronger, defeat their opponent and conquer whatever it is that needs to be conquered. That’s pretty much how it went in the first season too.

Next interesting will be quite interesting. Tenzou’s blonde new friend might be in severe danger as her twin sister probably plans on executing her ahead of schedule. That’s probably the case. Musashi is fighting for both her safety and the Deadly Sin Armaments, so that Horizon’s emotions may be restored. Take away one of those things and you weaken your opponent, right?
