La Corda d’Oro Blue Sky

Boy, who would’ve known that this would become so popular? I honestly didn’t. I saw the first season from start to finish and thought that it was pretty amusing, but not to the point where I would really want to see another season. Still, rather one more season of this than crap like Phi Brain.

La Corda d'Oro Blue SkyI can tell that they have made subtle changes to the artwork. I think it’s a remarkable improvement. I believe that there are a lot of people out there that would disagree, but I cannot help but find the artwork a little bit more pleasant to see.

Story-wise I’m not sure. I have no idea what to expect from this and I have no idea how they are going to continue this after the first season and the OVA’s. I will just have to wait and see.

I suggest you watch the first season first. It is very hard to find these days because no one is sharing it. I suggest you try Bakabt with an old version of uTorrent. That’s how I once again obtained the first season and OVA’s.

Plot Summary: Hino goes to a school that specialises in music and has two streams: the normal stream and the music stream, where the music students are regarded as the more elite. She was running late for her class one day when she saw a tiny fairy, who seemed really excited that she could see it. The next day, the entrants in the music competition, who are decided by the school, are announced. Hino’s name appears on the list – except she doesn’t play an instrument. The fairy gives her a magical violin that can be played by anyone. Reluctantly, she enters into the competition and is forced to deal with the prejudices of her peers.
