This one will be quite difficult. I mauled it over and I keep coming up with negative things to share, when it wasn’t all that bad. In fact, there were only a few things that I personally would’ve changed, the comedy being one of them.
Now, the artwork in itself isn’t all that impressive. It looks nice and all, but it’s not something I would brag about. I would’ve been a lot more negative if it weren’t for the characters. They look pretty interesting.
I couldn’t quite grasp the story though. It’s only the first episode, but the viewer should somehow be able to tell what the story is about. Right now, it just seems as though it’s about a group of students that are about to experience a world where they will have to find jobs and such.
This is the hardest part, as I have no idea how I should do the recommendation part. I have no idea to whom I would ever recommend this. Perhaps your average slice of life fan, but that is it. It’ll be pretty interesting to follow this show, but I wouldn’t add it to my must-watch lit.
Plot Summary: Riki was a child when his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. What saved him was a group of four kids calling themselves the Little Busters. They took Riki out and played with him during his time of need. He really enjoyed being together with them, and his grief gradually faded away. Now in his second year of high school they still hang out, fight and live together, and enjoy their school life.
