Mushishi Zoku Shou 2
Hell yeah! I am so glad that there’s yet another season. I find the Mushishi series strangely relaxing. I fire up an episode and watch how Ginko travels that world of his in search of strange phenomena. Very relaxing indeed.
The artwork is still as great as ever. It looks so good and it’s incredibly detailed. The style itself is brilliant and I am pretty sure that anyone in his/her right mind wouldn’t change a thing about it. It’s too damn good to change.
I don’t think I need to say anything about the story either. There are very few people out there that don’t know about the Mushishi series. It has become quit famous over the past few years.
I do recommend this. Watch the previous series if you haven’t already. I promise you that its time well spent.
Plot Summary: Mushi; the life-blood of nature. They exist everywhere in various forms: micro-organisms, fungi, bodies of water. Sometimes, they’re even mistaken to be plants, animals, or spirits. But regardless of their appearance, they exist, nonetheless, living the only way they know how. At times, their actions can cause strange or unexplainable phenomena. Enter Ginko, the Mushishi (mushi master), as he continues encountering, studying, and dealing with the mysterious mushi along his journey into the unknown.
