Naruto Shippuuden episode 296

Yatta! Naruto Shippuuden is continuing again! I was getting so fed up with all those fillers, even though they were some of the better ones I’ve seen so far. Remember those fillers about him traveling to that island to train? Those were absolutely horrible.

The start was very unsettling, as it looked like it was going to be another filler. You could say that the actual episode started around the eight or nine minute mark. It was worth waiting though. It was all uphill from there on out. It made me forget about all those useless episodes these past few weeks.

Naruto showed us a bunch of new movies, like how he can utilize the Rasengan’s maximum potential by using Kurama’s Chakra to wield multiple Rasengan. It’s like having a bunch of arms that will take down an entire army. I also noticed that Naruto doesn’t need a Shadow Clone anymore when using the Rasengan. He has really improved, huh?

[HorribleSubs] Naruto Shippuuden - 296 [720p].mkv_snapshot_18.48_[2013.01.17_23.27.27]That’s all very nice, but the spotlight definitely goes to the upcoming battle between Gaara, Onoki and four previous Kage’s, one of which is Gaara’s father. His father, the fourth Kazekage, immediately noticed that Gaara no longer had a Tailed Beast inside of him, and that his powers, despite being separated from that creature, has grown even stronger. No need to be surprised old man, not yet. A leader should always be more powerful that his/her subjects. But I’m sure he’ll find out soon enough that his son, someone whom he wanted dead, has followed in his footsteps as the fifth Kazekage. I can’t wait to see the look on that old man’s face as he finds out that his son has surpassed him. Also, I’m a bit curious about that “Gold Dust” of his. I’m looking forward to seeing the next episode!
