Naruto Shippuuden episode 373
Meh. That one word is the best way I can describe this episode. No surprise in my decision to keep this post short again. For all the Naruto fans out there; the manga is much, much better than the anime. They tend to overstuff the anime with useless recaps, you see.
It was all going so very well… The Hokage’s were hauling ass, their barrier held the Ten Tails’ attack and for a second there it seemed as though the First Hokage was about to take on Madara, whom ended up declining because he hates the idea of fighting a clone, which I thought was rather cool. He may be an overpowered bad guy, obviously, but he does have a sense of pride.
Things soon got screwed up when Sakura ended stealing the spotlight. I never really liked Sakura. I always thought she was naïve, hypocritical and petty. I’ve always seen her as the third wheel of Team Seven. It was always Naruto or Sasuke that had to save her in the end. To think that I was watching a lot of Sakura recaps… What a damn shame.
