Atsumi looks like a little girl at 137 centimeters (54 inches) tall, but she is actually in high school. The manga launched in Takeshobo‘s Manga Club Original magazine in 2007, and it also runs in Takeshobo‘s Manga Life Original magazine.

Hiroshi Kimura (episode director: GungraveNaruto Shippūden) is directing the series off of Ryou Karasuma‘s (Morita-san wa Mukuchi) scripts at the animation studio Seven (Morita-san wa Mukuchi). Naruyo Takahashi(Divergence EveFafner) is adapting Higashiya’s characters for animation. Rie Kugimiya and Ryotaro Okiayu will star as Atsumi and Atsushi.
