Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin episode 08
Okay, I’m not sure if adding a few new characters will make any difference, but I’m a big fan of that little girl. Her fear of men instantly reminded me of Inami from Working, which is another cute character that kept me quite entertained. I can only hope that “Yun”, one of the aforementioned new characters, will be half as entertaining.
I’m right away going to tackle that whole enemy issue. This Goth-like guy drops in and all hell breaks loose. The landlord is hauling ass because she claims that he owes her money (I honestly don’t agree, but I’ll get to that) and Nanana doesn’t seem to like him. He just barged in to acquire some information about a treasure that he’s found.
Now, I honestly think that the landlord and Nanana don’t have any right to complain. Let’s face it; the landlord scams people into living in that room without telling them it’s haunted. And Nanana couldn’t possibly complain because she’s an unwanted guest that doesn’t pay rent and just consumes every ounce of pudding that she comes across.
So yeah, nothing wrong with that guy in my book, but that’s just me. So what if he thinks that that bell was worthless? I honestly can’t disagree. I see some use for an item that can make it rain, but what’s wrong with calling it useless when it can’t grant any of your wishes? Is that so wrong? The guy is just hunting for something that’ll make him rich, famous and/or powerful. Maybe he has a different reason… Who knows? All I’m saying is that we know nothing about him, yet he’s already being portrayed as the bad guy here when I honestly think that he’s done nothing wrong. I probably would’ve abandoned Nanana, too. Nor would I have bothered to pay rent after I’ve been scammed like that.
