It’s not that I do not understand the attraction to girls with guns, but isn’t it a bit too obvious that most of these shows never get anywhere? Sales are rather slow, ratings are pretty low and the fan bases stay surprisingly small. There are very few shows like these that turned out even remotely successful.

Sabagebu!I only saw the preview version of episode one, so the quality wasn’t really there. That’s why I won’t fully stand behind my artwork review. It looked alright, even though the characters look rather dull. Definitely not the type of thing I’d want to see.

It’s a show about high school girls with guns. What more do you need to know story-wise? These types of stories are always rather pointless because it usually revolves around comedy or action. I think comedy (perhaps slapstick comedy) will take the lead in this case.

Could I recommend this one? Probably not. Maybe to girls. It seems very girly. It looks like something girls would enjoy (and copy by buying BB guns themselves). Do I recommend this to your average anime fan? No. I cannot. I myself probably won’t be watching this, so no…

Plot Summary: Middle school girl Momoka is dragged into joining one of the strangest associations at her school, the Survival Game Club. Its members participate in various forms of paramilitary training under the watchful eye of charming and alarming president, Miou. How on Earth will the inexperienced Momoka survive her training, let alone Miou’s company?!
