Servant x Service
What is going on? Is this year’s summer a slice of life season or something? Enough is enough already. Sure, this one may have shown more potential than most of the others, but that is no excuse to pile on more and more of the same thing.
The artwork is very average at best. The characters look average and their expressions, although quite funny at times, can get quite annoying. It’s the type of show that really focusses on characters’ expressions, so keep that in mind.
The story, believe it or not, I like. It promises to be quite funny and informative. I’ve never even considered watching a show about employees from some messed up health and welfare department. It sounds quite interesting.
Slice of life fans are going to watch this anyway, but I do actually recommend this to others as well. It’s funny and sure shows quite a bit of promise. The real question is; can they keep it interesting for eleven or twelve more episodes?
Plot Summary: Anime about the staff of the health and welfare section of the ward office of a certain city. Newcomers Hasebe Yutaka, Yamagami, Miyoshi Saya, and their supervisor Ichimiya Taishi go through the everyday quirks of working at their office.
