Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou

I can only describe this as a big slap in the face to all Attack on Titan fans. Attack on Titan was a stroke of pure genius. A brand new author decided to become a mangaka and struck gold with his first serialization if I am to believe the stories. But this… This is just bad.

Shingeki! Kyojin ChuugakkouI’m not even going to take the artwork seriously. They are just trying to profit as much as they can off of Attack on Titan. It was an international success and I’m sure the second season, which will air sometime next year, will be too, but to make something like this in order to squeeze out more profits… No.

I honestly don’t care about the story. It’s a cheap parody that’s not even written by the original authors or any of the authors that have worked on these series. I read the name somewhere and I’m pretty sure that he/she is a total unknown.

I simply do not have high hopes for this. I won’t even recommend it because I think it might smudge the view I currently have of Attack on Titan, which is something I want to avoid. They did it with shows like Naruto as well and I’m sure that this, much like that Naruto parody, will fail just as hard in the end.

Plot Summary: The parody re-imagines Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and other characters from the original manga as students and teachers at Titan Junior High School.
