Shingeki no Kyojin episode 14

Boy am I glad that they didn’t waste an episode during last week’s recap episode. A simple 13.5 episode was brilliant. It was nice to see what had happened during the past three months without having to sacrifice anything, although waiting an extra week was a bit painful.

He had a rough start but a good finish, which is all that really matters in the end. It would not be en exaggeration to call that guy a hero that saved the city from being destroyed any further.

Isn’t it nice to see how they treat heroes? Yeah, all comfortable in his own bed without food, water or even a toilet. I guess all of those chains made up for all of that, huh? Yeah… It’s was a genuine five-star hotel. It really makes you want to fight even harder for an even greater reward, huh? Sarcasm is awesome…

[gg]_Shingeki_no_Kyojin_-_14_[9C2C0E7E].mkv_snapshot_12.25_[2013.07.15_23.09.06]Never mind the fact that Eren was treated like a monster after he saved all of their lives, let’s just focus on why he didn’t even transform when he was being treated that way. He must’ve had some serious willpower. I would’ve transformed right away in order to break free and to kick some ungrateful ass.

Anyway, Eren is staying on. He was nearly beaten to death by Levi, his new boss, but the judge decided not to kill Eren (yet). It would seem that Eren is staying on as one of their (disposable) weapons. Eren needs to get rid of those guys in order to find his father’s basement, because god only knows what he’s going to find down there. I wish Eren wasn’t such a lapdog…
