Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu
I don’t care what people say about this. I honestly don’t care. I thought it was going to be a boring show with no interesting content whatsoever. Don’t worry world; I slapped myself for thinking like that as soon as I finished watching the first episode.
And this story? Man. I thought I was going to go nuts when I saw that the first episode was forty-seven minutes long. Now I could very well do with another forty-seven minutes of this. The story sucks you in and you basically glue your eyes to your screen because it’s interesting.
I absolutely recommend this. Give it a try even if it doesn’t seem like your cup of tea. I didn’t think I’d like it either since I never really watch this sort of thing, but this show has me under its spell. I am definitely interested.
