Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut

‘Okay’ is really the only word that I can use to describe this show. It’s not extremely interesting and, although this is just my personal opinion, I think it looks like a slightly cheaper version of the Infinite Stratos: IS series.

Saijaku Muhai no BahamutThe artwork is alright. The characters look pretty cool and the mechs so far look pretty good too. Yes, there are quite a few things that I would’ve done differently, like making that thing with the swords a little less obvious, but oh well…

Story-wise it leaves a bit to be desired. It’s kind of predictable and it doesn’t really make you want to watch more of it.

If you loved the Infinite Stratos: IS series then you might want to check this one out. I for one will wait for the second episode to see whether or not I will continue following this show.

Plot Summary: Lux is a former prince of an empire named Arcadia that was overthrown via a rebellion five years earlier. Lux accidentally trespasses in a female dormitory’s bathing area, sees the kingdom’s new princess Lisesharte naked, and incurs her wrath. Lisesharte then challenges Lux to a Drag-Ride duel. Drag-Rides are ancient armored mechanical weapons that have been excavated from ruins all around the world. Lux used to be called the strongest Drag-Knight, but now he’s known as the “undefeated weakest” Drag-Knight because he will absolutely not attack in battle. After his duel with Lisesharte, Lux ends up attending the female-only academy that trains royals to be Drag-Knights.

Koukaku no Pandora

I was kind hoping that this would end up to be quite something with it being a little ecchi and all. In the end I thought it was barely worth watching.

Koukaku no PandoraThe artwork is so-so. I don’t know which studio made this but I’m really not impressed so far. The greatest thing about the artwork is definitely the two main heroines, since they look rather cute, but the rest…

As for the story, well… I will admit that it seems a little interesting. I don’t know if it’s anything worth watching but it might get better. It might.

Ecchi fans will probably enjoy it. Or not. I don’t think it’s worthy of that genre since they’re robots. Nothing ecchi about a robot. I sure won’t be calling it a comedy since it really wasn’t that funny.

Plot Summary: When Nanakorobi Nene, a cybernetically enhanced girl-next-door, heads to the island metropolis of Cenancle to live with her aunt, she has no way of knowing what’s in store for her. A chance meeting intertwines her fate with that of the super-rich inventor, Uzal Delilah, and her adorable and grumpy companion, Clarion, who happens to be a cyborg just like Nene. Nene is thrilled to make a friend, but there’s more to Uzal and Clarion—and the island of Cenancle itself—than meets the eye. When a super-powered terrorist threatens Cenancle, Uzal claims that the only way to avert disaster is for Nene to team up with Clarion and use their combined powers—abilities Nene never even knew she had.

Shomin Sample episode 12

First thing’s first; merry Christmas everyone. I hope you’re all healthy and will have a joyous Christmas and a happy and safe new year’s eve. And yes, I am still regretting picking Shomin Sample at this point.

[Ohys-Raws] Ore ga Ojou-sama Gakkou ni 'Shomin Sample' Toshite Gets-sareta Ken - 12 END (AT-X 1280x720 x264 AAC).mp4_snapshot_12.44_[2015.12.25_02.17.45]It has become painfully predictable. Yes, there are still some funny and interesting scenes (like when the protagonist was in a pinch and his face looked like he was getting shot out of a canon) but that is all there is to it. The story has become so vague that it’s hard to follow.  It’s almost as though the episodes are being aired in the wrong order.

But hey, the protagonist went over there, as everyone already knew he would, and pretty much proposed to marry that girl instead. This might lead to an interesting ending… Oh that’s right. It won’t. This episode was the ending, which makes things even weirder. Nothing has been concluded. It ended just like it started; with a lot of question marks. What a disappointing show.

Shomin Sample episode 11

I never thought I’d say this about Shomin Sample ever again, but this episode was actually pretty promising. Shomin Sample had gotten so dull lately that I had almost given up on it. I certainly didn’t expect this episode.

[Ohys-Raws] Ore ga Ojou-sama Gakkou ni 'Shomin Sample' Toshite Gets-sareta Ken - 11 (AT-X 1280x720 x264 AAC).mp4_snapshot_09.39_[2015.12.17_23.29.03]We all know that they are basically creating a strange harem here. All the girls are pretty might fighting over the protagonist and he, being a complete idiot, doesn’t realize any of it (how cliché). That’s all fine. This has been going on for weeks and not a lot has change since. They all just hang around and try to learn more about the common world.

Now Reiko’s mother shows up with her brother to take her back home to help her get married off to another wealthy family. This might be the kick in the balls that’s necessary to make things interesting again. What will our protagonist do? Oh who am I kidding? We all know they’re all going after her in order to try and convince Reiko’s mother to let her daughter make her own life’s choices. And they will obviously succeed…

Shomin Sample episode 10

Shomin Sample has really let me down. I thought that the story, although a little ridiculous, was pretty interesting and showed a lot of promise, but now I feel as though I wouldn’t mind if it ended next week. That’s when you know you’ve lost interest.

[Ohys-Raws] Ore ga Ojou-sama Gakkou ni 'Shomin Sample' Toshite Gets-sareta Ken - 10 (AT-X 1280x720 x264 AAC).mp4_snapshot_08.21_[2015.12.10_23.42.51]The story is just too weak. They are mixing it all up and they never actually finish any of the things they start. I mean, when exactly are we going to learn more about that head maid? I don’t mind being given a toughrough look of her panties. In fact, I, as a pervert, actually appreciate it. But I do want some answers at some point.

Let us be honest; was it really needed to spend almost twenty minutes on the girls’ attempt to make the protagonist stay, even though he wasn’t even leaving to begin with? I feel as though that could’ve been wrapped up within five minutes to make time for more interesting and perhaps more important things. Or at least make it interesting by stopping with all that gay stuff and make the girls use their sexappeal or something.
