Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen episode 05
I could watch this all day. It’s so relaxing and amusing to watch that I forget to pay attention to the clock. Time goes by fast when I watch this. I’d prefer if they would just release the entire show so that I could watch it in one session.
So Haku was once again put to work. He had to do all sorts of handyman chores and study their language so that he could read and write. They know that he’s most useful when using his head. He’s not strong, he doesn’t really know how to fight and he knows very little about that world of theirs. It makes him sound like dead weight, but nothing could be further from the truth. He appears to be a very smart, adaptable and loyal guy. He is very handy and definitely knows a thing or two that could help him make a living in that strange world.
There was that. Haku was being put to work. Noting new if you look at other episodes. But then this princess character shows up and things change completely. The way she looks, the way she talks and the way she thinks just completely turn things around. We went from a one-direction story to one with multiple outcomes. In fact, it’s slowly starting to look like harem story where the protagonist has all these girls fall in love with him and follow him around. They even live with him under the same roof, which promises many encounters.
