The World God Only Knows 3 episode 10
Are you kidding me? Are you seriously kidding me!? We spent nine weeks watching how Keima sought and conquered all those goddesses, but for what? Correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks to me like he’s been playing right into his enemy’s hands.
First thing’s first; this whole Ayumi thing has got to stop. Keima screwed up big-time when he broke up with Chihiro like that, I’m sure we can all agree, but that doesn’t mean that we have to endure this annoying charade where Ayumi pretends to hate him in order to remain friends with Chihiro. How absurd is that!?
Keima must’ve realized that these little games of his have consequences. He almost lost two friends at once if it weren’t for Haqua’s suddenly arrival. He took too long, made the wrong decisions and decided that a little white lie or two would’ve been better than Chihiro the truth about what’s going on so Ayumi wouldn’t have been angry at him.
I’m just happy that Haqua’s boss, skull kid as I like to call him, seems to be on their side. It would’ve been bad if the corruption reached that far up the ladder. It made me a little unhappier now that it seems that Yuri, me second most favourite character on this show, may be working with the enemy. I just hope I somehow misunderstood the situation.
I don’t know what to think of the remaining two episodes, I really don’t. I can only imagine that Keima’s going to haul ass next week to try and conquer Ayumi again. Maybe even try to get the captured goddesses back, too. It almost feels as though we’re back at square one, which is such an unpleasant feeling if I do say so myself. I can only hope that the next episode somehow lives up to my expectations.
