Zetsuen no Tempest episode 11

This episode, although very similar to last week’s one, turned out to be quite entertaining. I hate the fact that the characters spent most of the episode talking again. I don’t wish to spend twenty minutes of my life on watching four characters with different theories about time travel. We have come to a point in the story where action is of great importance.

[HorribleSubs] Zetsuen no Tempest - 11 [720p].mkv_snapshot_02.55_[2012.12.14_11.57.36]We all know that Hakaze’s skeleton was the key to transport her to the present. Their logic dictates that technology of equal importance has to be sacrificed in order to invoke magic. It’s an interesting concept, but how are they going to realize this? There is no technology in existence that would allow Hakaze to travel through time, providing they live in the same day and age as we, the viewers, with the same kind of technology. It makes me really curious about what’s hidden on that island, which is what made this episode quite interesting. The rest was… Well… Dull?

[HorribleSubs] Zetsuen no Tempest - 11 [720p].mkv_snapshot_10.49_[2012.12.14_11.58.04]I didn’t really care for the end though. I mean, Hakaze is the princess of one tree, while another mage, a dark mage, is the prince or princess of the other tree, the evil tree. This mage is supposedly the one that killed Mahiro’s sister. I’m not a big fan of introducing new characters at the very end. I hope that this gets settled soon, seeing as next week’s episode will be the last (according to ANN). I highly doubt that though. There’s still too much ground left to cover. Hakaze hasn’t even found the object yet that would allowed her to travel through time and space, yet ANN claims that it’s all over next week? I think not, sir!
